Here are some Delaware crabbing reports for 2023:

Crabbing has been good at the Lewes Public Landing, Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge, Broadkill River, Rehoboth Bay, and Indian River Bay.

The best baits have been chicken and menhaden.

The best times to crab have been early in the morning and late in the evening.

The water has been a little murky, but the crabs have still been biting.


Area: Delaware Bay

City: Lewes

Report: Crabbing has been good at the Lewes Public Landing, with reports of crabs being caught in both the upper and lower bay. The best baits have been chicken and menhaden, and the best times to crab have been early in the morning and late in the evening.

City: Milford
